Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once confirmed.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping?

Mr. GQ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is missing or damaged, contact us at @info@mrgqthebrand.co and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.

How do pre-orders or drops work? Will items be restocked?

All drop-based collections are produced in limited quantities. Restocks are not guaranteed. If an item is marked as “pre-order,” please check the product page for estimated shipping timelines.
